Delete your account

From the app, right away

1. Open Sortivara and tap Account, bottom right.
2. Tap Delete my account.
3. Type your password and confirm.

Everything is deleted at that moment and you get an email as a record.

Without the app

Type your account's email. We send a link to that address; once you open it, we delete the account within 10 working days and let you know. Nothing is deleted unless the link is opened, so nobody can delete someone else's account.

What is deleted

• Your email, your name, your year of birth and your password.
• Your progress and your diplomas. Purchases stay without your data, as an accounting record, and you can restore them in another account with the same store account.
• Your sessions: you are signed out on all your devices.

We keep no copy of any of it.
