Sortivara
Terms of use
Version 2026-10-19 · Last updated: October 23, 2026
What this is
Sortivara is a game: you move the wand — or your finger —, the camera follows the movement and, if it matches the spell of that level, something happens in the scene. You can play without an account.
Who provides it
LEVANTNET CONSULTING S.A.S., trading as Levant, with registered address at Av. Manuel Córdova Galarza, km 11, Ecuador. Phone +593 98 183 0764. Email: soporte@levantapps.com.
Data protection officer: write to soporte@levantapps.com with "For the data protection officer" in the subject.
What you need to play
A phone or tablet with iOS or Android and the Sortivara app, or an up-to-date browser at sortivara.levantapps.com/jugar. The camera is optional: the whole game can be traced with your finger. Saving your game to your account needs an internet connection.
The account
You need to be 16 to have an account. Without one you play just the same; what the account gives you is being able to continue your game on another device and not losing it if you delete the app.
If you are under 16, the first time an adult who looks after you has to authorise you to play, and what you buy is controlled by the store with its family tools. How we handle data by age is in the privacy policy.
Your password is yours: don't share it. If you think someone has got into your account, change it and let us know. You can delete your account whenever you want from the app, under Account, or without the app at sortivara.levantapps.com/borrar-cuenta.
What you can buy
The first spells are free to play, on the website and in the app. There is a one-time purchase that unlocks the rest of the spells and the ones added later. It is made through your phone's store — App Store or Google Play —, which charges the final price it shows you, taxes included. Nothing is bought on the website: what you buy in the app also counts on the website if you sign in with your account.
The full game can be bought without an account: it stays on that device, and on your account if you create one there. "Restore purchases" brings it to another device with the same store account. School and gift codes are redeemed on the website, not inside the app.
Refunds
In-app purchases are charged and, where applicable, refunded by the store under its own rules: on the App Store you request them at reportaproblem.apple.com, and on Google Play from your order history. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right of withdrawal that the store and your law give you.
None of this limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer, including Ecuador's Organic Consumer Protection Law. If a fault of ours leaves you without what you paid for, write to us: we fix it or help you request the refund from the store.
What not to do
- Don't try to break the game for others or get into other people's accounts.
- The names, the spells and the drawings of the house are ours. You can share your links and your diploma; not copy the game.
What we don't promise
We take care that the game works, but we can't guarantee that it will never fail or that it will always be available. This does not limit the rights the law gives you as a consumer. If a fault of ours leaves you without what you paid for, write to us and we will fix it.
If these terms change
If we change something important we will tell you beforehand inside the app, and with an account we will ask you to accept it to continue. If you don't agree, you can stop using the account and delete it, at no cost. The version and date above say which one is in force.
If we stop offering it
If one day we close the service, we will announce it in advance inside the app so you can download your diploma and your data.
Applicable law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence and you keep the protection of your country's consumer laws. Before that, if you like, write to us at soporte@levantapps.com: almost everything gets sorted out that way. In Ecuador you can also go to the Defensoría del Pueblo (Ombudsman's Office).
